Knowledge of maintaining continuous line equipment

Understanding of safety standards like Work Permit System, SOP, HIRA, LOTOTO, Positive Isolation, and JCC

Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics

Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance Module
-
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
-
Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, and TPM
-
Ability to calculate MTBF and MTTR
-
Skilled in dismantling and assembling rolls, gearboxes, cylinders, etc.

Good measurement skills and ability to create hand sketches
-
Basic knowledge of MS Office and soft skills
