Eligibility Criteria For HPCL Recruitment 2025

Candidates must have a three-year full-time regular diploma in the relevant field:

• Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical: Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Instrumentation: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering

• Chemical: Diploma in Chemical Engineering

• Fire & Safety: Any Science Graduate + Diploma in Fire & Safety

• Selected officers will be on probation for one year from the date of joining.

Selection Process at HPCL Recruitment 2025 –

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT):

   • Objective-type questions divided into two parts:

     • General Aptitude: English, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation

     • Technical Knowledge: Questions related to the candidate’s educational background

2. Further Rounds (based on merit):

   • Group Task/Group Discussion

   • Skill Test

   • Personal Interview

3. Physical Fitness Efficiency Test

Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each stage to proceed to the next round. Detailed syllabus and selection criteria will be available on the HPCL website before the process begins.
