Experience: 3-10 years (preferably in Sheet Metal / Fabrication)

Design, improve, and implement manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and productivity.

Identify and fix production issues through root cause analysis.

Must have experience in NC/CNC bending, power press die setting, MIG welding, and spot welding.

Should be able to read and understand mechanical drawings and work with AutoCAD.
